i let brax sleep extra long, but I got my talk all prepared for Sunday! And on a another depressing thought I still have 3 flats of strawberries to take care of. I've been working on them all day. It'll be worth it in the end, I just have to keep telling myself that.

I just bought 8 flats of strawberries for 2.66 a flat and got a bonus of a large banana box FULL of sweet crisp fuji apples for only $3!!!!!!! Talk about right timing to go to the market. Whoo Hoo! but now I realized that I have a full days of coring, slicing, freezing and jamming to do.

Brandon went to a big water park with his office yesterday morning and didn't listen to me when i asked him if he wanted to put sunscreen on him before he left. So, ya, he got burned. tee hee hee, the only place that he barely put a tiny bit was the back of his shoulders, but everything else is pretty red. xoxo I love you hunny!

I could hear Cooper barking outside for like 20 minutes, then I realized it was all in the same corner. So I opened the door and called for them to come in. Only Cooper came. I ran to look around the corner of the house and Lucky was gone! I ran to the front door, opened it and he was sitting on my front porch.

I guess he realized that once he got out he had no clue where he was. with more investigating, I found that they had dug a hole under the gate but Cooper was too big to fit under it so he was barking at lucky who was obviously small enough.

I was out watering parts of my lawn and I water one long spot for a minute and a MOUSE jumped out at me!!! I think I almost had a heart attack! and i'm pretty sure brax bout wet himself.

I hate having my house almost empty! I like to have a good months supply of food storage. but having to save up extra for my trip to Idaho we had to dig into it last month. So now I'm building some of it back up again.
But I definitely hate it too.

woke up early, went to church, was called as a primary worker, got asked to talk in church:(, came home cleaned, cooked, and packed all day, then had a combined double bday/4th of July dinner with two cakes, picked up a little, watered the yard and now I'm going to bed. Long day of driving tomorrow. IDAHO HERE I COME.
